"The food and service at the restaurant were excellent. However, I was concerned to see that only one young woman was working there last night. I believe for safety reasons and better customer service, there should always be at least two employees on duty. While I was waiting in line, a couple outside the door seemed suspicious - the man refused to enter, while the woman stood at the door talking quietly with him. He even shined a flashlight into the window, giving me a bad feeling about the situation. It made me realize the importance of having someone else with her. The couple lingered outside, even though it was dark and cold, as the Subway is located in a secluded and poorly lit area. With the neighboring store closed, no one would notice if anything were to happen unless they came in for service. I stayed for a while to keep her company and called the police to do a patrol. I truly hope that the management will implement changes to ensure that all employees are treated with respect, including providing a safe working environment and the ability to handle multiple customers at once."
