"Most of the time it’s really good, but there are times when it’s just bad. Seems like there one or two cooks who don’t really know what they’re doing, but, overall I’ve had mostly great experiences. I was disappointed that they weren’t able to apply a 20% off for “takeout Thursday” after I placed a take out order online. The girl on the phone rudely told me to “press the back button and see if it could be applied”, so I don’t think she understood what I was saying as I already paid for it. I’ve worked at a few restaurants and we’ve always been able to fix that for customers, so I was surprised that she claimed they couldn’t go in and apply the 20% off and just credit my card."
