"My family dined here on yesterday. Upon walking into the establishment, we were notified that they only had two servers and there would be a 10 minute wait. We were seated, and there was an evident communication barrier between our waiter and ourselves. Hard to understand him and hard to get him to understand us. We got our drinks, and are waiting on appetizers when a roach comes crawling across the back of the booth. The other couple sitting behind us saw the same and immediately got out of out seats. The server then sat us on the opposite side of the encounter. He said that he had notified his manager and he was coming out to address it. After waiting almost an hour and pretentiously trying to eat, we ask for the manager once again. He comes out and does a few things in my opinion wrongly. First, he didn’t arrive to our table until after an hour of the situation. Then he asked how much we thought he should discount our check. Then he said they haven’t seen any roaches for two and a half weeks. Then asks why we still sat here and ate if there was a roach on the table. I will not be revisiting this location unless management is changed. I have never had such a messy, unprofessional and confrontational encounter with management in my life. This needs to change. So disappointed as this has been one of my favorite restaurants for years."
