"I enjoyed it and would stop by again. Definitely a step up from Subway. Jersey Mike's slices their meat fresh right in front of you! Super friendly service guides you through the menu and options. I tried the #9 Club Supreme, which I saw someone in front of me order. It's got their cooked in store Roast Beef (which looked perfectly roasted, not well done! , Turkey, Swiss, Applewood Smoked Bacon (perfectly crispy! , and Mayo along with toppings Mike's Way with onions, lettuce, tomato, olive oil, vinegar, and spices and I added jalepenos on fresh baked rosemary bread. Overall a solid sub, though not the best tasting in the world. I'd go back when convenient, and I want to try some of the hot subs especially the cheese steaks."

"I only eat Cheese Steak subs at Cousins subs. I have done this for 50 years. When I found myself near this Jersey Mike’s I thought, I have never eaten at one. So, I go in and found a whole menu on cheese steaks. So, me, being the wise guy, said I only eat Cheese steak subs at Cousins. We laughed and the gentleman made my sub and said this was the best one he had made all day. I get home and took my first bit. WOW!! It is by far the best cheese steak sub I have ever had!! Outstanding!! I will be back!! See you later Cousins!!"

"???????????????????? ? MIKE'S JERSEY SUBS are f#%ing delicious !! ..HOWEVER!,. ???????? About every 7th visit or so, they just gotta f#%k up my order For instance, i request lettuce, not added. Perhaps some wrong cheese?. Maybe some onions after specifying no onion, how about when steak arrives after chicken ordered, so on, etc etc,. . This is beyond frustrating, especially when ordering 5 super large sandwich combos and paying almost $130.00 after taxes. How would you feel?. Your wife and kids are so hungry and excited. You get home, start setting up the table and opening bags. All to discover mistakes and realize that dinner is fuct. My wife and kids take out their anger on me when yall mess up! Regarding these FckUps, im curious if others experience this?.. Heck, maybe I'm just unlucky and keep getting the same stoned teenager?.. LoL,. i dunno?,.but I certainly dont appreciate it. I feel like Mike owes me a few sandwiches. On the house. ?"

"My 3rd visit since they opened. Very good each time. Friendly service and will look forward to all employees feeling comfortable with their job so quickness can hopefully be gained. I do wish they offered the sandwiches toasted Going down to ??? on this post update. Starting with I LOVE dogs... but did you know you can freely bring your dogs in the store? Did you know it's also ok to let the dogs put their snoots all over the bags of chips smelling them? It's also ok to let them stick their nose behind the counter and get a little snack from one of the employees. Not sure I witnessed a glove change either so can't say for certain he didn't. And no this was most definitely not a service animal! ???? Very efficient staff working tonight 6-11-22. They were in sync on the cold line. I was in and out with 3 sandwiches with no real wait time."

"I called the store at 7:45 an hour and a half before they close they told me they don’t take orders over the phone!! I placed an order online walked in at 8:30 30 minutes before they close they told me they shut the grills off and cannot give me my food that was already paid for!!This is ridiculous I can’t believe this literally I can’t believe this not to mention the floor is filthy there’s tomatoes and lettuce and bread everywhere they don’t clean after their self and they close early I have no idea how this place is operating!! "Staff was friendly and energetic. Shop was small but clean and brightly lit. Sub bread was the traditional sort, chewy inside with a crusty outside that leaves cornmeal crumbs everywhere. Delicious! Hot and cold variety of subs. I myself tried the Chicken Philly. And was in love with the flavor. Only handful of toppings for cold sandwiches, but they were absolutely fresh and hand cut. All in all a nice little sub shop."

"I ordered 2 sandwiches to deliver. When my order arrived at doordash, there was only 1 sandwich so I tried to call the load. I had to call six times before someone finally answered the phone. when I explained that my order was wrong, I was asked if I could come in and get a replacement. since I had just tipped doordash's drive $7.00 to deliver my order and it rained out, I asked if they could deliver it to me. the hired person told me it was impossible because they only employed three. When I arrived 30 minutes later, I expected a lobby full of people, but to my surprise the lobby was completely empty. not a single customer, really? I will not order in future from this jersey mike. what happened to good customer service? they certainly do not offer it at this place."

"40 minute wait for 2 sandwiches!!! Terrible Management Training! Placed an online order, system said it would be ready in 15. I showed up at exactly that time. Went to the pick up counter, told them my name, they said they were working on it. Watched 5 people walk in, order, and leave. Finally went back up to the counter, at this point it was 30 mins since I originally ordered. They hadn’t even started on it! Next 10 mins I watched the manager(in plain clothes sitting at a table) tell the employees what they should be doing. You could tell the employees were trying to work hard but they were constantly switching positions which seemed to slow the line way down and confuse the employees even more."

"Three times we ordered from here. three times the order was wrong! speck ordered two times on one of the lower parts. "The first time here. The staff was very helpful. Explained the bread. Grandson got chicken cheese steak it was excellent he said. I love Tuna asked if it was albacore, she said mix and let me sample. It was wonderful. I have a tuna sub with salad, tomatoes, onions and banana peppers. That was an absolutely delicious 200%. "Had to sit at a dirty table, I love Jersey Mike subs, but now not a fan of cheesesteak, I was not asked how I wanted it. It came with peppers and onions which is ok but I also like it in the garden. "I love going to Jersey Mike’s. The three gentlemen and one woman that were there today seem to care more about making food for someone else behind the scenes. Nobody greeted you. Just hid in the back. One Computer didn’t work for credit cards. "Loyal customer, entered to a staff with pink, and blue hair etc... asked for a 42 chipotle chicken, and got jalapeno peppers, and etc. Not very friendly as if I was there bothering them making an order. This is a location neighboring several other choices that could be better than the salt layered sub sandwich I ordered and could hardly eat. The salt was so heavy that I got 2 free waters upon entry to my hotel and asked for another 2 because the sandwich dehydrated me."
