"We said on Open Table that it was our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Hoping for a nice table. Didn’t even get a table by the window. Were sat in a noisy area. I ordered an 8 oz filet and they got my order wrong. Brought out this humongous steak that was well done in some spots and raw in others. Waitress brought out a small dessert on the house to help us celebrate but didn’t really care by that point. These establishments need to realize that people are spending thousands of dollars to stay here and their service needs to reflect that"
