"Shrink flation? Quickly greeted and seated on Monday around lunchtime. Order was taken and served in a reasonable time. The food for all three meals was the proper temperature and tasted very good. Typical Tilted Kilt atmosphere. Not really crowded as prices have increased and portions decreased. I 'm not sure that the few fries placed on the plate should count as a side. Just another sad reflection of the state of the economy. I took pictures and if the picture from my previous review is still available, it 's easy to see the difference in portion size for fries."
