"Amigo Dan and I reached the same conclusion, but from different perspectives. Dan bluntly said that the meat was dry, whereas I felt that it was just overshadowed by the abundance of other flavors. To be fair to the meat, we ordered the special cheesesteak, which was loaded with toppings, including sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. While all those flavors were delicious, they overshadowed the meat and led to a bit of a roll blowout. However, we both agreed that we enjoyed our meal at the Philadelphia Brewing Company. If you enjoy lots of toppings, this cheesesteak is perfect for you. Overall, it was a good experience."
