"The food here is good but delivery is always at least an hour and a half. I placed an order last night at 6:18 and the expected delivery time was 7:18. My food did not arrive until almost 8:00. The girl answering the phone is not helpful at all. She did not apologize or explain the delay. This has happened every time I’ve ordered from this restaurant."

"Careful from this place. They got few orders wrong. They took it out. Give me right one these time. Payed correct amount. Even so wasn’t given proper change back stating they did. Even when was right whole time still look at me like I was bad one here. Said to leave. Very disappointing and disgruntled."

"I frequently order the chicken lo mein and spring rolls from here. The portion size is nice for the lo main and they do make it without veggies for me. The spring rolls are competively priced. And they are always fresh and crispy. I usually buy extra for the week. The trick to reheating spring rolls is the air fryer. Total game changer. In the microwave soft and soggy in the air fryer they taste like you just got them from the restaurant fresh crispy and delicious."

"This place...Yum! If you want good Chinese food on the westside of Cleveland, this place is worth the stop. The prices are fair, the food exceptional! You can tell the use clean pans, very fresh Ingredients and made to order. I live on the Eastside but will go west just for their food! Best by far. Very clean place, super Polite. Our daughter has been upset so we couldn't get out. the lady who took our order said it would be 30-40 minutes, which is not a big thing, and we wanted to tip with cash. to say that we were disappointed, it's just a little balling. we were mad. the food was overcooked/burned and cold. it took half an hour and after the supplier arrived, he only asked for his tipp. to the luck my man said no, because $40-50 worth food just to throw it away. they have no tip for terrible service amd attitude. also quite sure that he spotted us in Chinese...read more"

"Mongolian beef was really good as well as the pork fried rice. The pepper steak was not up to my expectations, I paid for the large portion and they gave me little beef and a whole lot of vegetables. The shrimp fried rice was ok and a really small portion for the price."
