"People upset about the 15% gratuity clearly do not understand what it's like as a barista. I see the auto-gratuity as a chance to impress me and I have been impressed EVERY time I visit alchemy. The freshness and quality of their products are top notch. I come here when I don't want a microwaved breakfast sandwich from Starbucks or a drink that tastes like sugar syrup. Apparently people in Lawrence need a reminder- TIP YOUR BARISTAS!!!"
