"I have been going to this location for 30 yrs or longer. I was never so upset as I was on 1/26/2022. I arrived there about 6:15 pm and waited my turn. I wanted a 8 PC box only. The girl was trying to charge me a fill up price of $20. I ask ok how much for the 8 piece fish only box and she said $20. I told her that wasn't right. I left and went out in my car i pulled up your menu with the prices and went back in.. I waited behind 2 customers and 2 was waiting for Door dash orders.. 2 customers told me good luck while they was leaving. The girl at the register literally left 3 customers stand there 15min and stop ringing the register.. when I finally got waited on it was after 7pm. I showed her the menu and she went to get a manager. In a few minutes the .manager came out I showed her the menu , now this is just your menu not the ordering app. I was told I had to order on line. I said what are u talking about this is your menu. I told her I have been coming there and ordering it for yrs. She never even tried to find it . Never one time did she look at the register to even look. I told her she needed to learn her job. I was very upset when I left. The whole time I was there 1 door dash and 1 customers left the store. Please tell me that your managers are better trained in customers service. I. Ieft and took my money to Lee's Famous Recipe"

"Very disappointed with kfcs pricing. I asked for 6 pieces of tenders only, and they said, we don 't do that? We sell 5 piece meal. The meal was cheaper than the 6 piece of chicken only? Like 5.00 cheaper. Made zero sense. So I ordered the meal. Threw away the greasy soggy fries. They are no longer being competitive. The drive through experience was an whatever attitude with no understanding of why I couldn 't get a 6 piece. They used to be my favorite place. No more. PDQ and Chik-fil-A blew them out of the water"

"I’ve always went to kfc as a kid, but now I know why hardly anyone goes there. Not sure if dine in is open anymore, but they do have order online and pickup in store. You literally just walk in and grab your order. The staff doesn’t speak or acknowledge you so anyone could walk in and just grab an order as they please and the staff wouldn’t even know if it’s their food or not. One of my orders were wrong so they remade my order right in front of me, even though it was handled with care, you could clearly see the stations were dirty. I’ve been a kitchen manager and those stations were not up to par. You could see the food build up in the stations. I’m surprised I didn’t get sick. But hey! I paid for my order online, was super hungry, and I wasn’t going to put myself through the hassle of a refund."

"This is the next KFC and Taco Bell in our area. Never had a bad chicken or Taco Bell ****. I haven't eaten in Covid, but I don't miss it. I enjoy the ride thru and a car picnic with family. You get top stars from me because they don't get me on the car. I can be undecided and get really nervous when it is pushed. They are always super patient and I don't feel the random panic purchase because I couldn't think. Nashville Hot offers are a favorite, miss the Nacho party package. The chicken is expensive, but not more than any other chicken stall. Food is always hot, neat and tasty. I hope the new ChicFillA won't let her out because I love this place."

"Well, I ordered a big family dinner, sixteen pieces, not only got 12 pieces. Was very disappointed by the quality. Didn't even get a hole of chicken. Mostly thin wings, should get 2 each side, only got one of the taters and gravy, coleslaw. Taters didn't do anything. Family went hungry and it cost me over $40. I'm not very happy. I love KFC. But the pickup wasn't what I ordered. I was very disappointed at the meal. Soggy chicken, too much vinegar in the slow. Tater and Gravy cold. Wouldn't order online either. Do not understand why they have online discounts if you cannot use them. KFC, LaFollette Tennessee. I was wasting my money. The meal was very expensive and I didn't get what I ordered. It wasn't enough food either. Stop charging the thin wings. No meat on them. !"

"I Love this KFC/A&W the staff is GREAT!! I have no car so I walk over because my Mom LOVES the chicken drumsticks meal. They have always went out of their way to make sure the food is fresh and hot and that we can get what she LOVES..even when it's been super busy and they are short staffed. We have never ever been disappointed. Highly recommend this KGC/A&W team.. They are absolutely on their game. Good Job!! Thanks for all you hard work!!
