"Every time I get pizza here it’s not well reheated and tastes old. Does the oven not work properly? I’ve never had fresh pizza or pizza that isn’t slightly above room temperature from this place. Always very disappointing pizza.My biggest issue though is the harassment by homeless people. Homeless people feel very comfortable walking into this store and harassing customers. If I’m in your store, the harassment is your responsibility."

"When they get it right it’s delicious, but when they’re busy and mess up the order they blame you (even when you ordered through an app and the item is clearly listed)— I ordered what I thought was a plain hamburger patty for my dog as a treat and got some empanada looking thing. No description on the app said “this is an empanada” and to most people patty=meat from the hamburger. They just yelled the same thing over and over and hung up on me instead of trying to understand the confusion. Better descriptions online or add pictures of you use a classic name to describe something very off from what most people would expect"
