"First and last time we will ever come here. My wife called in an order at 5:10, and they said it would take 25 minutes. I arrive at 5:45 to pick it up and they have no record of it. And then my order wasn’t started for a long time, there was just one person working, and I didn’t walk out with my food until 6:30. Terrible service!"
