"I used to love this place but it has gone down hill. I went in today at lunch and the waitress seemed upset and was rude. I ordered my pho and she replied with, Do you want something else? I added a $7 coconut pineapple smoothie that tasted like it was mostly ice and water, no flavor to it. I thought about complaining but the language barrier would have been too much to deal with and instead finished my pho and went to pay my $21 check. The pho was alright I seem to remember it tasted better and came with more than one slice of lemon. Before anyone cites the economy and inflation, I will add that there prices increased 20%. I had to wait for about 10 minutes even though there was no line. I took my drink with me in order to give it a second chance. Maybe it was the atmosphere and negative energy that made it taste so bad. I wish! I took a couple of sips as I drove off and concluded it was definitely not the atmosphere. It was gross! I ended up throwing it away at my next stop. Sorry, I understand times are tough. But that goes both ways. I was willing and did pay your increased prices. I think I should have at least received the same level of quality and service. I 'm done."
