"I love the pizza and when I order they say 20-30 mins, pretty standard. The problem is the last 3 times I've ordered they've either lost my pizza or never made it. So instead of walking in and walking out with a pizza, I end up waiting 40mins while they search for it and eventually end having to make a whole new one. Standing around with 2 round children is far from ideal, especially when the best they offer for the inconvenience is an apology."
