"We visited Providence for the start of our son’s Brown University debut and tried many restaurants over a 1 week period. We stumbled on a brand new place called Succotash, a souther table breakfast, brunch and dinner restaurant. The atmosphere was very nice and cozy with warm barn wood all over the place. The staff was helpful and friendly as we asked many questions about the menu etc. We each had a different entree but started with the fried pickles, calamari and biscuits and gravy. They were all splendid and very tasty so we were looking forward to the main dish. We had fried chicken and waffles, catfish and the pork chop. All were just great! Very fresh and flavorful. My son said he would be back for breakfast and his morning juice from there juice bar."
