"The food was fresh and great quality. I personally did not love it, but I can recognize it is because I am used to different Chinese food. I have learned that west coast Chinese food is different than the Chinese food you get more inland. Cathay serves an older style of Chinese food. But the quality was great! The spring rolls are amazing!"
