"This is my favorite place to go for pho. The food is consistently excellent and the meat is of high quality. The only downside is that sometimes the noodles are overcooked, resulting in a lack of desired texture in my mouth. However, they do offer delicious chili oil. Currently, there is dining in available but it is a more basic service where you order at the counter and most utensils are disposable. The bathrooms are unique as they are located outside of the restaurant and are not heated. The restaurant is housed in a converted fast food building, which explains the location of the restrooms."
