"The experience here from the beginning to the end was quite strange, and the service was bad. Menus were not brought to us long, they apologized when they finally gave us the menus. The restaurant was almost empty next to another table, but everything was slow. We were not checked in during the meal. When we ordered, the waitress was very confused and unfamiliar with the menu. I assumed she was new, but then we received the same confusing service from all employees. We were randomly brought French fries that we did not order, and then that happened with different other menu items. Vegetables in all dishes were cold and tasted watery, unspoiled and as they were frozen. Scallion pancakes had no scorpions in them at all. Basil eggplant dish had no basil at all. Smoothy was not properly mixed: all ice on the ground, and only a super sweet, watery liquid would come through the straw. It tasted like the same overworked sauce was on every dish, nothing felt fresh. The kimchi rice was a good menu item, but it didn't really taste like kimchi. Only rice seasoned. Appetizers and drinks were brought out after we had done everything. An employee tried to argue with us when we wanted to send something back.
