"3.5 StarsThis used to be one of my favorite Thai restaurants in town. Unfortunately, I just can't say that anymore. We ended up here because Street Food Thai Market was way too crowded on a Saturday night and we couldn't get any seating. There was plenty of seating on a Saturday evening, which probably should have been a warning sign. However, the restaurant wasn't empty either so we were glad to be able to get dinner. Plus, all of us were already starving so we weren't about to go look for another place to eat.We ordered kee mao noodles, chicken satay, curry puffs, and stir fried Morning glory with the pork. Service was good and food arrived quickly. The kee mao noodles were good and well seasoned. Also appreciated that they let us do a non spicy option as pad kee mao is normally a spicy dish. However, with a 4 year old you just have to be accommodating. Curry puffs were my favorite! They were so fat and delicious and the exterior crust was flaky and crispy. Probably my favorite Thai curry puffs in town. Chicken satay was tasty, but not my favorite. I thought the seasoning was a bit on the sweet side. Also didn't like that parts of the chicken was over charred and basically unedible. Unfortunately, the dish that really ruined my experience was the stir fried Morning glory with pork. The stems of the Morning glory was super tough and fibrous. I had to spit it out. They should have cut off those hard stems and just discarded them, instead of stir frying it and serving it us. It was definitely very unpleasant to eat. On top of that, the pork was super chewy and tough. Also super unappetizing to eat. I told the server and he just said that they don't marinate the pork like the other meats and that's why it was tough. At the end they gave me a 10% off coupon for our next meal. I have to say that while some of the dishes were good, I was very disappointed with the Morning glory with pork. I might be back for the curry puffs, but the location is a bit out of the way just for one item. Hopefully they figure things out so that all dishes are as equally delicious!"
