"Service was quick and the dude at the front was really nice, but unfortunately our food was lacking in...flavor. Just...overall flavor. I don't know if these guys use fish sauce in their cooking, is what I'm saying. We got the curry puffs, and it was like they ran out of filling and just decided to split the remaining filling between 6 puffs instead of making more stuffing. The stuffing itself tastes like it was old and had half the seasoning of other restaurants. They were also over fried. I normally like a deeper fry, but the deep brown in combo with the lack of filling made for a dry experience. The pad Thai was very light in color heads up, it's not the dark pad Thai you typically find in thai restaurants. I asked for a 3 in spice and they gave it to me, so there is that! The drunken noodle was a little more flavorful, but we still had to crack open the handy dandy sauce cabinet to add some seasoning. Also asked for a 3 in spice on this one but it didn't kick the same as the pad Thai. The papaya salad was decent, but I wish it came with the thai beef jerky as one dish. That's a personal preference, though I prefer the Thai beef jerky to the dried shrimp that sometimes come with the salad. Like I said, the service was great, but we weren't thrilled to have paid $60 for a meal we had to add seasoning to when we got home."
