"I have never been so disappointed in trying out a new restaurant. I was visiting a nearby business and saw this sushi place. I was only interested in takeout, although I was apprehensive just seeing one couple eating at what should have been a fairly busy time. I enjoyed my short wait talking with the young staff. I only ordered scallop fried rice and a shrimp sushi roll. Besides the $20.00 price for these two items, the real surprise happened when I got home. The sushi roll was very good but was only 5 slices, which amounts to one-half of a roll. The scallop fried rice dish was a couple of scoops of over-cooked mushy rice. The scallops amounted to about three whole pieces sliced in halves. I believe I was charged $10.95 for this small portion. Perhaps, if I was a dine-in guest the experience would have been better. They may have rushed my order for takeout or had a different chef standing in that day. However, looking at the past reviews now, I am so surprised that mine is so opposite to other diners. Upon a closer look, I see that these reviews are mostly quite old, going back to their grand opening in 2017. In the meantime, I'll come back for the next grand opening."
