"This used to be my go-to Pho spot. Food was delicious, to-go service was prompt and friendly, prices very reasonable. The past year, things have really gone downhill. I always order the beef steak pho, and more than half the time, they give me the wrong meat. Sometimes my entire order is wrong. I would be totally fine with the recent price increase if my orders were right most of the time, but it just doesn't seem worth it lately. When it was good, it was SO good, so I might try them again in several months to see if things have improved."
