"I decided to try this restaurant because of the four-star rating. I ordered the chicken teriyaki combo but when my food arrived, they forgot to give me the tea. When I called to ask for it, I was told to place another order. The person on the phone was rude and insisted that I had not ordered a combo. They were unprofessional and told me to never come back. My experience there was very disappointing."

"My family and I came to Ohio for a trip and we heard great things about Johnny Chan. The first time we ordered from there the food was great and so tasty! For the price the portions were great and there were no mistakes for any of my family’s orders. We decided to go back on our last day and it was still really good but they messed up my order: I didn’t go back and complain but it said on my receipt that I didn’t want certain things in my meal. Otherwise, it’s really good and pretty inexpensive."
