"I 've always loved AKA. Been going often since they opened. Today my calamari salad was off in color and texture. I called to tell them and the server told me that no one else had complained, pretty much sorry about your luck . When I asked to speak to a manager, I was refused. When I told the server that her customer service was abhorrent, she agreed with me! Needless to say, I will not be back. Fingers crossed for whoever else is served that salad tonight!"
