"The customer service is horrible. They gave my order to the wrong person and treated my husband as if it was his fault! They could have just said they were sorry and ask how we'd like to handle it but instead they doubted him and refused to credit the order. It took him getting upset before they finally cancelled the order. Once they finally cancelled the charge, they kept the tip I had included!We've have ordered there several times in the past and the food is usually good, but expensive. You'd think they would offer up a little basic customer service for the prices they charge. We will never go there again."

"The sushi was good quality, the non sushi options could've used some work. The vegetables were unseasoned (not even salt added) and quite bland. The teriyaki chicken was able what you would expect from a Pick up Stix. Flame Broiler does a better job. The service left something to be expected. We kept having to flag the server down for more water, we had to remind them that we ordered the edemame, and had to ask them for soy sauce. Most other tables had some, but come on this is an Asian restaurant. Soy sauce is a pretty standard thing.Kid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes"

"I love this place. I've been here three times and the hot pot is so delicious. I have the Spicy, the AMAZING> I also have the cattle bone broth. I have the beef combination with both. It's so good. The waiters were very helpful in my first visit. They explained how it works and what my options are. I love that they have an additional season bar to add extra flavors to your hot pot. My daughter had her fried wings and fries and loved her. Overall, great experience. The place is beautiful. The toilets are clean. I'll be back."

"I ordered several rolls at this restaurant, including the shrimp tempura, V1 Cucumber Roll, and Shrimp Mango Roll. Unfortunately, they were some of the worst sushi rolls I have ever had. The mango in the Shrimp Mango Roll was very sour, the cucumber in the V1 Cucumber Roll didn't taste fresh, and my shrimp R21 Tempura Roll was soggy. The rice on the rolls also seemed off in some way. I don't think I will be ordering from this restaurant again. There are plenty of other places in the neighborhood that are worth the money."

"We ordered the R4. Shio Ramen (Thin Noodles) and R3. Black Garlic Tonkotsu (Thin Noodles). both were really tasty and flavorful. the T10. Spicy Sauce was a wonderful addition to the meal, and there was plenty for the two of us. both ramen bowls had a lot of noodles in them! we were surprised how full the bowl was and could barely fit all the broth. make sure you pour the broth into the bowl cautiously. we would definitely eat there again. it would be great if they offered more vegetable options as add ons though"
