"I had a reservation for June 26 that I cancelled. They claimed I didn't have a reservation for June 26. They called me on July 3 claiming that I didn't cancel a reservation for July 3. We left Montreal on June 29 as per our...itinerary. Failing to understand in the phone call that I would not have made a reservation for July 3, four days after I left Montreal they charged my credit card $100. Now I have to dispute the charge on my credit card, which I am pretty sure will be reserved. What a shame. I have been there every time I go to Montreal. Now it is apparent that are are desperate for money. Why would a business alienate a customer, disgrace their reputation and jeopardize future business for $100? Beware."

"I am going to this assessment with the fact that my family at joe often dinates. as one or two times a month, we do not make the journey of san jose a problem. joe’s is my family tradition and will continue to be. but this visit has prompted me to leave a review as I was always used to improve the food and service. not so much last night. they were all small things that were added to a bad visit. here is the sequence of the misses in no particular order of the positive 9:45 reserve event 9:20-seated 9:35-nice. 1. 15 minutes are waiting for contact to order 2. the margarita the wife came with a sugar rim instead of a salt rim 3. instead of two 4. did not bring the spoon after the second clam Chowder-just was thrown off by the chowder without asking if everything is good 5. a place where the fork in our group is missing. 6. Drinks were served shortly before main dishes, not in the usual contemporary wise. we can say the drinks for a past. 7. Spaghetti side had dried/hard noodles mixed in-that was the problem that prompted me to leave the review. we can deal with a late arriving spoon and fork, but the center of joe’s menu cannot be underpar. 8. bathroom unattended. no toilet paper in the women's stable. men are running over with paper towels. we could say that the crew has run off a busy night. that was cleared and closed when we had our meal. Maybe next time I have to make an earlier reservation. Joes vibe was all wrong on this."

"after many years left and eating is still amazing. chicken rilette, mushroom risotto, halibut were the bright stars. sweet Seoul (Korean plate) and their special also old fashionable cocktails are worthy mentions. the kitchen was great first, but slowly later and even forget one of our entrees! churro donuts were interesting, but the chocolate sorbet was from this world. our waitress chloe was really sweet and friendly."

"We had an amazing time at The Rundle Bar! We went for afternoon tea for my mom’s birthday and our waiter Marco was very personable and went above and beyond to make us feel special and have fun. He snapped some pictures for us, helped us with tea selection when asked for recommendations and made to experience very enjoyable! We also enjoyed drinks on the patio on a previous day which was a great experience as well. After having been closed for a couple days we found some pieces of broken glass under the table blown over from the days they were closed. The staff were amazing about it! They apologized profusely and quickly cleaned it up. They made sure our dogs who were with us were alright and even asked if we wanted to switch tables. Accidents happen, but we couldn’t have asked for a better response to it! The juice I tried was great and my family enjoyed the homemade ginger ale they always get when visiting there. In both our dining experiences, the scenery was amazing too!"

"We come to this restaurant exclusively for food and drinks as they are amazing. However, the service is consistently bad. It took 1 hour before we served to get our order and another 40 minutes after our food. We were the last in the restaurant that received our meals and the staff cleaned us already at dinner. The time before, the hostess wanted us to sit practically under the table of another, as the tables were very close together and could laugh their height difference. Even when we got the wrong drink, they tried to convince us that it was actually the one we ordered when the color, topping and taste clearly a completely different one on the menu...."

"The customer service was amazing. We were running late due to the holiday traffic and they held the table for 30 minutes. The staff was very informative and friendly and service was prompt. We had the unlimited champagne tea service and my glass was never empty. The food was good expected for afternoon tea. The noise level was ok but the experience overall wasn’t as fancy as I expected. Maybe because it was crowded during the holidays. Overall I would totally recommend the afternoon tea for everyone to try once. The hotel itself is beautiful."

"I wanted to give a great reputation and a huge thank-you to the staff, our server and management at Andiamos in Fenton. We just got the 50. My wife's birthday party celebrated. We had a table for 10. Everything was absolutely amazing, perfect in every way. Allow me to do some decorations before going through the rest of the evening. The food was great, everyone had a great time. Andiamos even helped me arrange a gluten-free birthday cake for the occasion that was from this world! We really love this restaurant, it is the first time that we made a big group and Andiamos so special for us tonight. Thank you to all! Very recommended for food, wine, atmosphere and service."

"We were excited to sample the Red Miami Spice Menu. Upon arrival we were told that we could only be seated in the bar section while waiting for our 3rd and final guest. We were also told we could not order any food until our guest arrived. There was no offer of bread, or perhaps the ability to order an appetizer. Therefore, we ordered a bottle of Prosecco and welcomed our guest at the same time. I ordered pork chops from the provided spice menu. Shortly thereafter our waitress returned and gave me another menu claiming the pork chops were not on it. Then she provided a slightly condescending and unacceptable explanation. My entire party had the same menus which included the pork chops. There was no need to make a menu switch after my had been placed. I would have been completely fine selecting another entree."

"This neighborhood Italian gemstone was an excellent choice and worth visiting. The service was very attentive and knowledgeable. The food was well prepared and well presented. "Food is amazing, but I am one of those people who check the bathroom for cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Everything was in disrepair, and everything was duck taped or scotch taped or electrical taped to its neiboring parts, not clean bar was sticky as hell asked for it to be wiped off and still felt like glue. I have worked in bars and restaurants for 35 years and can not go back because of the lack of maintenance. However, like Houngs palace, the food is so good I will order take away."

"This is our third time visiting Patio 8 and had another outstanding time. We were early and sat at the bar having great craft cocktails and watching the scene on the street. The bartender Estephe was an artist and used giant tweezers to add ingredients our cocktails. We noticed that the front table had a reserved sign on it and when the rez time came, it turned out to be ours. It was a great table on the bar deck one level off the street so really connected with both the restaurant/bar hip music vibe and the vibrance of 5th Ave. The service was prompt, courteous, and humorous and fun. The food is spectacularly good. We had the octopus tacos, ox tar tar (fantastic), queso mushroom dip, and rib-eye steaks....all fantastic. The steak cooked to perfection, wonderfully seasoned but was so big I could not finish it all...it had to be 20oz! A great value"

"Wow! I surprised my wife for my birthday and came to a great birthday dinner. Definitely a reservation. We have our table pretty fast after our reservation time and the service was impeccable. Honestly, maybe that was the best meal of my life. We had a big mix of steaks and sides with the stone claws. We also have the cookie and ice cream dessert for which we should die! Be ready to open your wallet, but it was very worth it. Everything was amazing and we will definitely come back for special occasions! 4/17/2022 Update: My wife and I came to the champagne brunch for Easter yesterday and it was fantastic again! We ordered a bottle of champagne for mimosas (adult Easter basket), deviled eggs (ironic, given Easter), oysters, the short rib hash, duck and waffles, and cinnamon roll. The whole food was unique and top notch. The service was attentive, but not annoying and there was a DJ who played good maschup type music with a lot of classic rock background in a comfortable volume. I also recommend for Brunch!! 8/2022 Update: Only has a great dinner! Fantastic food, drinks and service! It is the perfect place for a special dinner."
