"My wife and I ordered from the all you can eat menu, and the price came to around $40 per person. The menu gives small sampler sizes of some of the appetizers (takoyaki comes with 2 balls) but full sizes of their sushi rolls! I’d say if you can eat a lot of sushi in one sitting until you’re full, definitely go with the buffet. I have also dined at their restaurant before, and their Deluxe Ramen was To DIE for! The thing I ate in the video was the bbq Pork Skewer, the spices and flavors EXPLODE and coat your taste buds with seasonings to remember, they’re tiny but they are Flavor Bombs!!!The service ladies are always on the move so you need to catch them while they’re passing by, they were ALWAYS asking if I needed refills on water and tea, however in the evening hours the “hot” tea does become Luke warm (since they were prepping to close for the night at the time when I was there, it makes sense they wouldn’t keep making new hot portions of tea). They were very friendly, always telling us what food item they were bringing so we knew if we wanted to order the same thing again. They take a bit longer to serve the hot items than the sushi though since they cook everything there to order, so that’s important to keep in mind! The ambience is very calm with lower lighting, and the booths are very private, separated with a bamboo screen partition. They have some statues of anime characters, as well as a conservative amount of anime posters that match the color theme of the restaurant. There is always anime playing on each of the TV monitors (which is very nice for a weeaboo like me)!All in all I’ll give this place a 5/5, even though they had some flaws later durring their closing hours, I’d say come here at the end of lunch start of dinner time for the best experience!Definitely go check this place out!!!"

"Since I came to New York, I have visited this restaurant because one of my teachers brought me here, and I enjoyed it. However, today an unexpected situation arose involving the waitress. When we entered the restaurant, we mentioned that another person would be joining us later. However, the waitress informed us to wait until everyone arrived together. Moreover, she didn 't smile and appeared to judge us based on our attire, despite us wearing ordinary clothes. We noticed her discriminatory behavior. After placing our food orders, once we finished, she inquired if we wanted to order more. We decided to order again, and even after finishing the second round, she approached us once more, pressuring us to order additional items. We also ordered drinks, but her demeanor conveyed a sense of urgency for us to leave once we were done.Feeling dissatisfied, we requested to speak with the manager. However, when the manager arrived, he replicated the waitress 's attitude and even failed to attentively listen to our concerns. During our conversation, he mistakenly handed food meant for a takeaway customer, which surprised us. When customers voice complaints, they should be listened to and their issues resolved, rather than ignored. On a positive note, there was one exceptionally courteous girl among the staff who made our visit worthwhile, and it was due to her that we chose to dine at the establishment.I would like to advise the owner to exercise caution when selecting new staff members and emphasize the importance of prioritizing customers who arrived first. Despite spending nearly $180 today, we left a tip for the kind girl who provided good service. Unfortunately, the manager and another waitress displayed unacceptable behavior by being unhelpful and discourteous. This was an unprecedented negative experience for us."
