I was extremely thirsty, and after waiting for 20 minutes, they asked me to wait even longer. I decided to cancel my order and expressed that they should apologize for the poor service. The girl, who seemed to be the senior staff member, claimed she wasn’t obligated to apologize. What happened to basic courtesy? You charge premium prices for a glass of juice, yet the service is unacceptable! I'll never come back to your shop and likely won’t visit another Jamba again. Remember, bigger businesses than yours have gone under. You’re nothing. Just wait and see. All I wanted was a simple “sorry” with a smile to acknowledge the inconvenience on a hot afternoon."
