"Tried calling to make slight changes to my open table reservation but no one ever answered. Arrived and waited a solid 5min for the server to acknowledge me and my family. When she finally acknowledged me after I greyed her, she said she go and get a hostess. The hostess arrived and was very friendly. We were sat outside and give menus. We were waiting for 15+ min. When another patron asked if we had been waited on yet. We told her no. She shared her table had been waiting awhile as well. She went to look for someone to help all the patrons sitting outside. Our server arrived and she apologised for the wait and took our drink and food order. It was a great night because our server was professional and pleasant and apologetic for the initial wait. Perhaps, Lantana will better ensure there are enough staff to handle their guests in the future."
