"We love their pizza! We tried something different yesterday my daughter really enjoyed her sub and my wings were delicious. BUT the Caprese Salad was a big fail. I've never seen a Caprese Sald with shredded cheddar on it. This won't keep us from going back, thoughUpdate: I really appreciated the owner's response and will definitely ask for no cheddar if I try the Caprese Salad again. Great to know that they care about their customers! Note to owner maybe update the description so others know that the Caprese Salad has cheddar on it"

"I had one of the worst experiences tonight at Tully 's. I was out for my birthday dinner with Ana and her 15 month old daughter. The order that Ana wanted was Buffalo Chicken Tenders (the dinner portion). She asked for two pieces to be kept on the side for her daughter. The server told us they won 't do that. I asked for the manager because I have never heard of such a thing. The manager said they could do it and not to worry. That is good customer service. However, the owner of the franchise said no that he will not allow it. They tried to get us to purchase a meal for a 15 month old. Are you kidding me! I have been going to that restaurant for 7 years and will NEVER walk through those doors again. We left and I had just two sips of my beer. The check was never presented and not should it have been. This owner demonstrated a manipulative and non customer centric way of doing business and that is the furthest thing from my liking when dining out. The customer is always right ... not the owner! What would you have done?"

"Very first visit since there's no Tully's where I'm from. Very much alike Applebee's or Chili's. You may sit around the bar or wait for your table. Food flavor is okay. Pricing is great and many selections are plenty. Very much like Applebee's or Chili's.A great place to hang out, quick meal with family or friends, and not worrying about spending too much. Certainly not a finedining restaurant. Will definitely visit if I have the opportunity."

"The area is not the best but the chicken is consistently good which is the same for all the Frenchy's locations that I've visited. Fresh, hot, and plenty of traffic indicating that the food is kept moving. It was a little slow but I appreciated knowing the the chicken was fresh. I tried to order on line but I would have had to pay upfront and I didn't want to do that so I couldn't order online. It was a little hectic when I called but the lady was friendly enough and tried to be helpful. The service is friendly and what you expect from a fast moving fast food restaurant! They cared to make sure the order was right and that was appreciated as well!"
