"I ordered a burrito without cheese because I have a dairy allergy, but when it arrived, it had cheese on it. I returned the burrito and specifically requested one without cheese. Another employee came by and attempted to give me a cash refund, even though I paid with a credit card. When I asked him to refund the card instead, he refused and closed the window. Now I'm left waiting, unsure if I’ll receive a new burrito (hopefully one that hasn’t been tampered with) or if I’ll just be out the money I already spent."
