"I’ve been wanting to go for the longest because of good google reviews. Finally got to go over the weekend. Very busy establishment, tacos for 2.25 are a pricy but I was already there and starving. Very good staff however they seemed to lack coordination and were messing up a lot of orders at the moment. Saw like 3 instances were people waited a lot to get their food (we waited long too) and people was complaining. I was already thinking in a low review. Then the food came in, El Pastor is not Pastor, more like “guisado en salsa roja”. It had a really good flavor and well served so the 2.25 price was irrelevant by then. Asada needed a little more salt but it was good. The best one was truly the Tripa, fat, crispy but you could easily bite in it with no problem, it was (PERFECT) like no other I have tried in DFW. I know they use “La Mexicana tortillas because I myself go buy them where they make them”. The Gordita of Chicharrón was a bummer because they did not put beans but still had an ok flavor. The Sope was good but way too bulky and small. My final point is that even they have NO real Al Pastor meat, the Taco meat flavors are what made me change my mind for good, yes I would come back but only for Tacos."
