"Most foods were good, but this is not an authentic Mexican food. The restaurant, overall, is a step above a Qdoba or a Chipotle, but they really put it on thick with the Mexican artwork and theme to the point where it is easily insulting and a blatant case of cultural appropriation. The red salsa tasted like the marinara sauce (the fee for chips and salsa another sign that this is not a real Mexican restaurant), and the prices were high, at the border too inappropriate. I had the Briskettacos (with Maistortillas) and the Brisket was very delicate and perfectly cooked, though a bit bland. This is a reasonable summary of my culinary experience in Taco Diablo: Bland."
