"Who ever worked the front Monday May 9th at 2pm really ruined my experience. I was really excited to try this place when I had moved in the area. I ordered a smoothie and a sandwich and ended up waiting 30 minutes when there was literally nobody else inside. I went up and politely reminded her that I was still waiting and she literally did nothing. It was only when the cook came from the back 5 minutes after that when he asked what I was waiting on that I was given a cold soup. I really regret tipping."

"This is a general Dutch bro review and not this particular store. I wanted to give it 1 star but didn’t want the location to look bad. It’s the point system. I get within 4 or 5 points of a free drink and there’s a campaign points expiration. If you don’t buy coffee every day, Dutch bros reward system isn’t good. Go to Starbucks. Besides, it has more options and you can order online. Less chance of order being messed up."

I was about car 13 in the morning commuter line and a very pleasant young lady came out and systematically took orders and texted the staff inside. "First time having Dutch Bros this week and I ended up return 2 more times to the same location. The service was very good. Attitude goes a long way. 4 stars for the actual drinks. They have tasty drinks but I wouldn't call them top-shelf coffee or smoothies. The employees have been great. 3 stars for Atmosphere because hey, it's a drive-thru not Venice or a hip coffee shop."
