"my wife and I ate here last night. the weather was perfect so we decided to sit outside. it was a beautiful environment. we have selected an app and courts from the promising list of dishes. then the hostess brought out a Bluetooth speaker and put it next to our table. it was far too loud, and others diners looked up and smashed in the shame. I asked our waiter to ask him, and asked, “Shock it down!” then he went away without pressure. a few minutes later he came with another speaker and replaced it. I thanked him and he went away like an annoying robot. at dinner we were waiting there for about 45 minutes. actually this was perhaps the driving brand of the evening: waiting and being ignored. we sat for at least ten minutes before someone asked if we wanted water or see a menu. our dinner was underwhelming. the veggie loaf my wife was a mixed lump of veggie mush. lack of taste or recognizable components. their kartoffels were quite delicious. my dinner was tasteful, but it was, as I said, subduing. for $23 I expected it was really good. it was a fungus girl, I think zucchini pasta. sounds good, right? I didn't. we tried our best to stay positiw through all this, as it was our jubilee, but finally, when we were waiting for our check for ten minutes to watch our waiter pass without a look back and forth, I could see my mother in the law that grugged on the surface of my wife's face and I knew we had to go soon. at the end three different people had to make our payment and departure easier. we will not be back."

"Nothing says comfort food like a gourmet grilled cheese sandwich from Burro Cheese Kitchen. Artisan cheeses and breads are used to create mouth-watering masterpieces like the Long Tall Texan (aged cheddar cheese, brisket and serrano-pineapple sauce on sourdough bread) or the Waylon Willie (gouda and cheddar cheeses, caramelized onions, peppercorns and spicy maple-bacon sauce on sourdough). The history behind the brand: The inspiration for Burro Cheese Kitchen struck when owner Justin Burrow, an Austin native, spent five years in Seattle. There, he discovered the joys of grilled cheese and got the idea of pairing various cheeses with various sauces and presenting a cheese plate dining experience as a grilled cheese sandwich. After trying out hundreds of combinations, Burro Grilled Cheese Kitchen opened its doors in 2013 and has been a solid favorite of the Austin food scene since then. The name comes from the most expensive cheese in the world, Balkan Burro cheese that goes for up to $750 per pound. If you're going to commit to making great grilled cheese sandwiches, you might as well aim to be the best of the best. What I got: Long Tall Texan- Sourdough, aged cheddar, brisket, and Serrano Pineapple sauce. This sandwich was the ideal combination of rich and savory and sweet! I shared my sandwich with Thing Two as this sandwich was a beast! The sandwich was a little tough in some aspects, but overall, it was a good showing for this food trailer!"
