"I don't like giving negative reviews, but the service at this restaurant was very poor. We sat at a table for 20 minutes and no one came to help us. We had to go to the bar to get a menu and drinks, but the lady behind the bar completely ignored us. We heard other customers at the bar also complaining about the lack of service. It wasn't even busy, she just seemed lazy. Eventually, a man came to our table to take our orders and he provided excellent service. It was a shame to see so many missed opportunities due to the poor service. Despite all this, the food was excellent once we finally got service. This restaurant has a lot of potential to be a great place, but the service needs to improve for it to be a 5-star experience."
