"I don’t think we’ll be back — we found Deerfield’s service much changed since the last time we came for what we expected to be a top-notch area Easter buffet. Besides being over-billed almost $100 and the laboriously long wait before it was fixed, over and over we had to request plates being cleared from our table over the course of our brunch. When we arrived and places were set for six and not for our seven (then being billed in the end for eighth… , we laughed it off. Service went downhill from there. For $80 per person plus a liquor tab, we hoped Deerfield might try harder."
