"This restaurant is by far only the best restaurant in the area of Long Beach, but all over California. We started with their delicious hot roasted bread and olive oil, garlic, sweet basil and any other ingredient that makes this a great starter. We went to Bruschetta as an appetizer. I ordered the Pollo Parmegiano, who was really the best I ever had. My friend ordered something that wasn't even on the menu, a pasta dish with Alfredo sauce. The Sous cook, Jonathan, was gracious not only to prepare him, but she said it was the best she ever had. Our server, Miguel, was the best like Roberto, who packed our remains graciously, there was a ton, so we could travel with them back to LA and not spoil the food. We ended up with our Maria Dessert, chocolate vanilla hot cold everything that was from this world. We thank the manager, Tiffany, for their entire team of hard work to make this one of our very favorite and most pleasant dinner ever. Very recommended?"
