"Refused to deliver. At first they said they would deliver (Web site says they do), but then said they had nver heard of my hotel (Radisson Seatac), then said it was too far away (it's two blocks away), and then said they didn't want to deliver unless I was willing to commit to spending $40. After fifteen minutes on the phone I finally said I'll just go somewhere where they want my business. Too bad, because the food is good, but this person on the phone was rude and clearly had no interest in providing any service."
