"Wow!! I have driven by this place many times. Last night I decided to stop and try it out!! We were greeted immediately and seated. We do not speak Spanish, no problem! The food titles are in Spanish, but is completely well descripted underneath in English. Do not be intimidated, the staff are amazing and helpful! The ceviche was fresh with the best flavors. I had the shredded chicken with rice and beans. I will go back 1,000 times for it! I can't say enough good things about this place. I will tell everyone about this restaurant! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!Gracias!! ?"

"My wife and I were visiting from out of town, and this place was recommended by an associate. The exchange between us and the employees: Upon entering, we were impressed by the variety of choices HOWEVER we were put off by the rudeness of a few employees of the establishment. To be fair, not all of them were abrasive. All of them seemed reluctant to engage because we didn 't speak Spanish, which was disappointing. The object of any business is to collect US Currency (at least I thought) whether the patron speaks Spanish should be irrelevant. This seems to only matter to El Palacio de Los Jugos if you are of Hispanic descent.The food and value: They offer a lot of food. The price seems fair and the food was good, according to my wife. I can 't say I will definitely be back to this particular store. However, if they are all like this one, I definitely will not.Parking: It 's difficult to park and navigate in and out of the lot."

"I ordered the Churasco and could tell that the meat had been grilled on the same grill as the fish. Unfortunately, I broke out after dinner, and I verified that they really did use the same grill, which is a concern since I have a seafood allergy. Please be mindful of using the same grill, as some people can have serious reactions."

"will never be ordered from here again. two quarter chicken combs ordered, was very clear and specific in the instructions. instructions were not followed. were also missing. I also ordered extra garlic sauces, which are an additional fee, they were never put in the bag. I thought I would call the restaurant directly to see if they could correct the problems instead of seamlessly reporting them. the host was very rude and impatient when I explained this thema. she said I didn't have to have been clear about the instructions, and that the order was checked and everything was there. if everything was in there and it was right, I wouldn't waste my time calling the restaurant. they said a manager calls me back. I never write reviews, but this is one that had to be done. I don't want other people to experience the terrible service I made from this place. order them elsewhere."

"I’ve been coming to this location for years since the late 80s. The food quality and service has consistently gone down. There’s a big difference between this location and the Miramar location. I ordered pork chops and it was over cooked and hardly seasoned. The two stars are for the bread which took them about 20 minutes to serve. The server had an attitude. Never again."

"My fiancée and I thought we were going for brunch, but it was actually 12:30 a.m. and we were the only ones there. The restaurant just opened about three months ago, so I believe people are still unaware of its existence. However, I anticipate that will change as more crowds discover it. We loved the tropical ambiance, with hanging plants all around us. The tables made from natural wood added to the lively atmosphere. It truly felt like we were enjoying brunch in a restaurant in Colombia! The food was also exceptional! I would definitely recommend this place!"

"Worn down tables and chairs plus a little sticky table. Service takes forever even just for plain water. The Guanabana juice is light or barely any flavor that tasted like it's from concentrate. Main dish is Tilapia with seafood toppings and it was good amount but taste bland. End the end, I didn't finish any of my meal or juice and never got water. No excuse there's nobody else around to serve at 6:30 PM. Not worth for me to go back and don't recommend this restaurant."

"I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all, I went with my boyfriend and we ordered a bandeja paisa for two because the price was exuberant, we ordered two MORA juices but we did not realize that each juice cost $9 more water than fruit to describe it , the most expensive juice I've had in my life, we asked for an extra side of rice because it wasn't enough for both of us, the surprise was a very small size of rice that wasn't fresh and tasted like reheated and burnt rice, from Not to mention the meat, very fine and extremely marinated, I sincerely recommend you not to leave your money in a place like this additional, being two people they added 18% gratuity to us, when we didn't even had water at our table, we paid 71$ for bandeja paisa ‘large’ 2 juices and a small side of rice. what a pity that people steal so to others. more awareness please! Or maybe work better in the quality of the food!"

"The arepas at this restaurant are sizable, tasty, satisfying, and reasonably priced. The house-made chicken soup was delectable and would definitely help with a cold. The staff was friendly, though communication was a bit tricky at times. The atmosphere inside was a bit dim and the music was too loud for a lunch setting, but the restroom was clean."
