"the second time here and it was even better than the first. I am not familiar with Albanian cuisine, but the server helped us to lead to a great meal. the otopus was top notch, one of the best I ever had. all meats tasty and the salad balances the meal. we will be coming back soon"

"It's got a nice quirky ambiance with some great decor. The outside seating area is lovely in warmer weather. The coffee and teas are great. I got a vegan wrap (the bike shop special, I think) that tasted quite weird. The desserts are nice. I'll visit again and try a different wrap next time. Overall it's a very nice spot."

"I’m visiting San Diego for work and my friend picked me up from the airport and immediately brought me to Arslan’s. Greek food is one of my favorite things to eat and I can honestly say this is some of the best food and service I’ve ever had. Don’t let the unassuming exterior fool you.
