"We ordered the 36 oz 45 day aged Rib Eye. It is not worth $225. For $225 , first visually it was a mess. Secondly we could not see the cut of meat. for $225 the cut/meat should be showcased. It should be a center piece. Also, it was pre sliced which is always a disappointment. There was an excessive amount of fat and a sinew throughout. One of our guests had the skirt steak which was much better value. For $225 the reaction at the table should be wow not what?? After spending a total of $700, walked away very disappointed. Hope this will help them to be better."
