"**Valet Service:** Available. **Staff:** Welcoming and friendly. **Ambiance:** The restaurant features many hard surfaces, which creates quite a din and makes conversation during dinner nearly impossible. On the night of our visit, we were entertained by a saxophonist, but we felt an acoustic guitar might have been more suitable for the setting. Given the noise level, talking felt futile. **Place Settings:** We were only provided with forks, which posed a challenge when trying to cut through certain items—like a long strip of chicken. It was quite awkward to manage, as I had to tear off pieces with my teeth, which likely looked unrefined to those around us. **Service:** The service was somewhat superficial. We ordered a variety of tapas all at once, which overwhelmed the small table space available. It would likely have been more manageable to receive the tapas one or two at a time. The service plates cluttered the small dinner plates, and with various decorative items and all the glasses we had, space was limited. This made it impractical to serve ourselves, particularly with the guacamole, which was served in a very flat dish. **Food:** The food was decent—nothing particularly remarkable, but certainly satisfactory. **Overall Experience:** A more attentive service approach would have greatly improved our experience, especially if the staff focused more on the dining experience rather than rushing to get dishes out of the kitchen. While having a live saxophonist added an interesting atmosphere, the restaurant could greatly benefit from implementing sound-dampening features like drapes, tablecloths, wall art, and carpets to minimize the noise. Overall, our experience was disappointing, but not due to the food."
