I selected 5:30pm. I got a text at 5:07pm that it was ready. I tried calling, but the call would not go through. Yep, it was cold, and I didn’t have the time to have them make a new one. Why bother letting the customer select the time if you’re just going to make it right away, anyway? I was 15 minutes late getting there and I knew that might happen, but figured it would still at least be a little warm. But after sitting on their counter for 38 minutes, no chance."
