"1. The place was not busy, yet my waitress only came to drop off the menu and then returned 15 minutes later to take my order. After delivering my meal, she didn’t check on me again for another 30 minutes, despite the fact that I was the only customer. I could understand if it were crowded, but it wasn’t.
2. When dealing with raw food, I assume maintaining a certain temperature is important. However, the doors were wide open, letting in heat from outside, and there were flies buzzing around the restaurant.
3. The overall presentation of the restaurant was poor—very dirty and disorganized.
4. To top it all off, the restroom was not clean.
I really can’t understand how this place has a 4-star rating. I would recommend avoiding it."
