"Barista straight up charged me a 50% tip without asking. I ordered a large tea latte from here through the drive thru, with oat milk and vanilla syrup. The barista took my card and swiped for me and told me the total was $8.90. I asked her afterwards why it was so expensive, and she told me it must have been the syrup and oat milk. I thought that was insanely priced but figured she may have automatically chosen the highest tip which I was fine with even though a bit sketchy. UNTIL I ordered the exact same drink with all add ins next time and the total online was $6.10. This means she selected for herself a 50% tip without asking. Absolutely insane and honestly illegal. I will never be going back here. It was more frustrating that she lied directly to my face when I asked why it was so expensive, saying she checked and that it was the syrups and milk add on."
