"My friend and I arrived at the restaurant on a Monday night around 8pm, looking forward to watching a late KU game. Despite having reservations, the restaurant was empty so we decided to sit at the bar for some beers and food. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The bartender did not greet us and seemed distracted when we arrived. Ordering a beer felt like an inconvenience each time. We both ordered burgers well in advance, as we needed to leave for the game soon. After a long wait and a couple of refills, I inquired about our food and mentioned that we might need it to-go. The bartender responded rudely, implying that everyone in the restaurant was in a rush and that they were doing their best. The burger and fries turned out to be decent, but the lack of considerate service made the whole experience not worth it. I would recommend avoiding this place."
