"We celebrated a birthday at this restaurant tonight. From the moment our group arrived, the waitress was unpleasant. I have never experienced such rudeness before. Despite making a reservation, we did not have enough chairs, we were hurried to place our orders, and we had to request silverware. Everyone received their food except for the birthday couple. They inquired multiple times about their pizza while others who arrived after us got their meals first. Each time they were told it was being prepared in the oven and the staff was busy with a dismissive attitude. Unfortunately, we had finished our meals by the time they finally received their pizza. The waitress offered them a 50% discount (should have completely comped it) and a couple of cookies. This used to be one of our favorite restaurants and the food is still good, but I doubt any of us will be returning due to the waitress's attitude."
