"I ordered food online for delivery and did not receive my entire order. I tried calling the restaurant for an hour with no answer. To make matters worse, the delivery drivers left my food outside on the steps instead of on the porch as I requested. This is the second bad experience I have had in a row and I will not be returning. It should not be so difficult to receive what I paid for and to have someone answer the phone. Additionally, the owner, Steve, blamed the delivery service for the mistake and did not offer to make it right. I paid for an order that was not fulfilled completely, and the lack of care from the restaurant is unacceptable."
