"Love the bagels, and the restaurant is very clean and the staff very friendly. Was disappointed when I went for lunch and ordered a panini. The photo on line and on the menu board shows a sandwich type panini with the panini press grill marks. When I ordered I specifically asked if it was on ciabatta bread and if they used a grill press. I was told yes to both. When I was served my order it was essentially a folded over flat wrap type bread that had been put on the regular grill. Not ciabatta bread, not on a panini press. Never would have ordered this if I was told the truth and the pictures were representative of the product. I will stick to the bagels....Also, if your hours are through 2:30pm, then the website should be updated as it says 3pm."
